The service and immediately response we have been getting from the person who takes care the maintenance in our complex has been tremendously possitive. The care and dedication to help us in solved the problem we had with our dryer is outstanding. Rarely we as a family have been treated so kindly. Don’t let the bad reviews fool you!!! Moving in here has been amazing so far, I heard back within a day saying I was approved to move in and have never had an issue getting in touch with the office. My move in day they let me move in a few hours early because I had all my paperwork done the day before which was super awesome. Have had no issues with noise or parking and my unit is basically flawless. The office staff is super nice and very informative about everything and the maintenance guys are friendly too. I highly recommend Bluff House.

Living in Bluffhouse Townhomes has been an Absolute Treat! It’s the 1st time I’ve felt I could relax. The staff is always so helpful. The Property manager Trisha is absolutely amazing. She’s always available and always prompt with callbacks. Trisha is one of the reasons I love this community.

Bluff house is great. i love the area and the people that live here. my neighbors are nice and so is the staff. i would recommend these apartments to everybody.

This has been my home for nearly two years and I have no complaints. Trish and her assistant are professionals who operate with compassion and understanding. Good communication goes both ways and my communication with Trish has been transparent and honest and she treated me that way. I will miss my home here and I wish her and her staff the best of luck.

Its been great living here, staff are friendly and helpful. Maintenance staff are quick to respond, grounds are clean. Quiet neighborhood, friendly neighbors, spacious rooms inside the apartments. I would recommend bluffhouse to anyone.

I cant complain at all, it's been wonderful living here. The office staff is super friendly, the maintenance staff responds fast and efficiently, the grounds are nice, the homes are spacious. It's near several schools, the neighbors are friendly, I dont ever have an issue with parking or noise. All in all I'd definitely recommend.
